Farming the way our ancestors did

When Dr. Basant Shukla founded our initiative in 1990, commercial farming was turning to synthetic fertilizers and rapid yield boosters. He chose a quieter, harder path: nurturing living soil with cow dung, neem cake, and rainwater.

What began with one farmer has grown into a vibrant cooperative of 4,200 family farms across Uttar Pradesh's agricultural belt. Our growers save indigenous seed varieties, hand-harvest at dawn, and process harvests in small village mills.
